Calendar Feeds
Calendar Feeds pull the events from calendars you already keep — Apple, Google, Outlook, or anything that publishes an ICS calendar link — onto your tracker as draft entries, ready to review and accept as recorded time.
Add a feed
Open Edit Profile > Calendar Feeds. Give the feed a name of its own, paste its address, and click Add feed. The list shows each feed's name and when it was last pulled — the address itself is stored encrypted and never shown again. Two feeds cannot share a name; a name already in use is refused.
A feed address must use https. If your calendar hands you a webcal:// link, change webcal:// to https:// before pasting — it's the same address.
Apple (iCloud)
In the Calendar app on your Mac, alt-click the calendar's name in the sidebar (under icloud) and select Share Calendar.... Tick Public Calendar and copy the link. Only iCloud calendars can be shared this way — calendars under "On My Mac" cannot.
In Google Calendar on the web, open Settings, choose the calendar under "Settings for my calendars", and scroll to "Integrate calendar". Copy the Secret address in iCal format. Treat that link like a password — anyone who has it can read the calendar.
Microsoft (Outlook)
In Outlook on the web, open Settings → Calendar → Shared calendars. Under "Publish a calendar", choose the calendar and "Can view all details", publish it, and copy the ICS link.
Remove a feed
Every feed in the list has a delete button beside it. Removing a feed stops future pulls from it; the draft entries it already created stay on your calendar.
Pull your week
On the tracker, click the calendar-sync button in the toolbar (Pull this week from your calendar feeds). Every feed is asked for the events for the on-screen week, and they land on your calendar as draft entries. A summary tells you what happened — how many entries landed, and whether any events were skipped or any feed couldn't be read.
If you are using an AI Agent and have enabled MCP, you can also ask the Agent to pull in updates from your calendar feed. You can read more about this under Working with your Agent.
Feeds can be pulled once every 15 minutes. Pulling again sooner reports "pulled recently" instead of asking the feed twice.
Accept or dismiss
Pulled events are drafts like any other: private to you, and not recorded time until accepted. Accept the ones that became work. Accept can be done individually, or in bulk from the Review Drafts panel in the Productivity Drawer.
A dismissed event stays dismissed: pulling the feed again will not bring it back, and the summary counts it as "dismissed earlier". If an event changes in your calendar — a new time, a new title — the draft updates to match on the next pull.
