A few habits keep Agent-recorded time accurate and easy to review. Remember that, once connected, your Agent is fluent in AbleTime and will be able to follow and act upon your prompt instructions directly.
Tell the Agent when you step away
When you leave, say so — afk or any clear signal. The Agent closes the open draft at the real stopping point instead of counting time you weren't working, and opens a fresh draft when you're back.
This is a message to the Agent, not an AbleTime command. The Agent also closes an entry on its own at midnight, when a task changes state, after a genuine gap, and when the work changes focus.
Name the task at the start
The Agent opens a draft as soon as you start on your work, against the task it belongs to. When it cannot tell which task that is, it asks in its first reply rather than guessing, and the draft opens the moment you answer. Naming the task in your first message saves the question.
Review and accept drafts
Everything the Agent writes is a proposal. Open Review Drafts in the Productivity Drawer and accept drafts whenever you're ready for them to become recorded time.
