Application Settings
The Application tab controls which features are available to your organization and how dates and user invitations are handled. Open Organization Settings and select the Application tab.
Date Format
The Date Format (Locale) dropdown sets how dates and times are displayed throughout the application for all users in your organization. The available options are:
System Default — uses the browser’s locale to determine date and time format.
MM/dd/yyyy, 12h — US-style dates with 12-hour clock.
dd/MM/yyyy, 24h — European-style dates with 24-hour clock.
Enabled Features
Use the checkboxes in this section to turn major application features on or off for your entire organization.
Billing — enables the Billing & Invoicing module (see the Billing Overview). When unchecked, the Billing option is removed from the sidebar and invoicing is not available.
Dashboard — enables the Dashboard (see Time Flow / Pulse Dashboard). When unchecked, the Dashboard option is removed from the sidebar.
Time Flow — enables the Time Flow project management module. When unchecked, Time Flow is removed from the sidebar and all Time Flow–related features (Task linking on time entries, Progress Reports) are hidden. See Getting Started with Time Flow for details.
User Management
These settings control how new users can be added to your organization.
Enable Bulk Invites — when checked, the bulk invite option is available on the Personnel page, allowing multiple users to be invited at once. This is only available to certain subscription levels.
Enable User Invites — when checked, administrators can send individual user invitations from the Personnel page. When unchecked, only the organization owner can invite new users.
The organization owner can always invite users, regardless of whether Enable User Invites is checked.
Click Save to apply your changes.
