Delivery Reports
The Delivery Report shows what your team finished over a date range, each task on the day it was finished, and how much of the time logged in that range went into finished work. Open it by selecting Reports > Delivery from the sidebar. Owners, admins and account managers can open it.
The Delivery Report needs Project Manager turned on for your organization. Without it, Delivery does not appear under Reports.
What counts as finished
A task counts as finished when it is marked done, or archived with an end date and time logged against it. It sits on its end date, the day of its last time entry, and appears in any range that includes that day, so a task started months ago still shows up in the period it was finished.
Toolbar
The toolbar contains the date range picker, filters and the export button.
Date Range
The date range picker on the left of the toolbar defaults to the last 90 days. Pick any start and end date from the calendar, or use one of the shortcuts. The arrow buttons beside the picker step through periods based on the current range.
Filters
Filter buttons in the center of the toolbar narrow the report by Team, Project, Client, whether the time is Billable or Non-Billable, and Tag. Archived tasks are included unless you click Archived to exclude them. The Clear Filters button at the end of the row resets every filter, along with the grouping and the Hours or Money choice.
Export
The Export Report button on the right downloads the finished tasks on the board as CSV, Excel or JSON, one row per task. Print / PDF opens the Print Delivery Report dialog, where you choose which sections to print. The options and print layout are on Printing and Export.
Grouping
The bar between the toolbar and the tiles controls how the board groups finished tasks, with Expand All and Collapse All on the left. Choose Category, Capacity, Assignee or Project; Capacity appears only when at least one finished task in the range has a capacity type. On the right, Hours and Money switch every figure on the page between time and amounts.
Tiles
Five tiles sit above the board, each with a help icon that explains its figure. Finished counts the tasks finished in the range, with a separate count of those that were archived. Hours on Finished Work is the time logged to finished tasks after they were committed, shown against their estimate, with a count of tasks that had no estimate. Overhead is the time logged to no task, with its share of everything logged in the range. Backlog Hours is the time logged to tasks while they were still in backlog, again with its share of the total. Return on Effort is the share of all time logged in the range that landed on finished work, counting backlog time on those tasks when Include backlog hours in billing is on; a line behind the tile shows the trend by day, and clicking the tile opens a table of the figure by week alongside the finished and logged hours.
In the Money view the same tiles show amounts instead of hours: the billable amount of finished work at each entry's recorded rate against the estimate priced at the category rate, what the overhead cost, and the backlog amount, which follows Include backlog hours in billing under Organization Settings > Billing.
Board
The board is a day-by-day grid with one column per day of the range and the group labels down the left. Above the groups, three rows show the range's overhead and backlog hours day by day and return on effort week by week, each labelled with its figure for the whole range. Below them, each group row shows how many tasks finished, the hours logged against the estimate, and how many tasks were unestimated, so you can see at a glance whether the group came in under or over its estimate. Across the days, a group shows a numbered marker on each day its tasks finished.
Expand a group to see its tasks. Each task row shows the reference and title with a chip of linked hours against the estimate, and draws a line across the days from the task's start date to its end date. A dashed line before the start marks backlog time logged before the task was committed, and a small day count at the left edge shows how many days before the range the task started. Clicking a task opens it read-only. Clicking a day header, a finished-task marker, or a cell in the overhead or backlog rows opens a panel for that day, listing what was finished, the overhead each person logged and the backlog hours each person logged, with the hours or amounts for each.
