Time Entry Preferences

Open your account settings and select the Time Entry tab to customize how the time tracking views look and behave for you.

Time Entry Settings

  • Default View — choose Calendar or List. This sets which view opens when you navigate to the time entry page.

  • Card Format — controls how time entry cards appear on the calendar grid. Options: Basic, Dot, Subtle, Full, or Header. Each format shows a different level of detail on the card. For a full description of each format, see Tracking Time.

  • Show Weekend — toggle Saturday and Sunday columns on the calendar view.

  • Show Timer Bar — toggle the timer bar that appears at the top of the time entry view when a timer is running.

  • Show Timer Buttons — toggle the quick-start timer buttons on time entry cards.

Click Save Settings to apply your changes.
