Your Profile

Click your avatar in the top-right corner of the screen to open the user menu. Select My Profile to view your profile dashboard, or Settings to go directly to your account settings.

Profile Dashboard

Your profile page displays a details card at the top with:

  • Your avatar (photo or initials) with the frame color you have chosen.

  • Your full name with a status chip (for example, Active).

  • Your username, role, and email address.

Below the details card is a personal time report for the current month, identical to the user report described under Personnel > Managing Users.

Click the Edit button in the top-right corner to open your account settings.

Your Avatar

Click the avatar on your profile dashboard to open the avatar editor.

Uploading a Photo

Click the upload area or drag and drop an image file. Accepted formats are JPEG, PNG, and WebP, with a maximum file size of 10 MB. After selecting an image, a circular crop area appears. Drag to reposition the image and use the Zoom slider to adjust the crop. Click Clear to remove the selected image and start over.

Frame Color

Below the crop area, an Avatar Frame Color swatch shows your current frame color. Click it to open a color picker and choose a new color. The frame color appears as a border around your avatar throughout the application.

Saving and Deleting

Click Save to upload your cropped photo and frame color. If you already have a photo and want to remove it, click Delete Avatar. Deleting the photo keeps your frame color intact; the avatar reverts to showing your initials.

Open your account settings and select the Profile tab. Three editable fields are available:
