Overview

The Dashboard is the central hub for monitoring your organization's time tracking activity. Depending on your role and plan, you will see a combination of organization-wide statistics, delivery intelligence, and your personal time report.

Accessing the Dashboard

Select Dashboard from the sidebar navigation. The Dashboard is available to all roles — Owner, Admin, Manager, and User — though the sections you see depend on your role and subscription plan.

Your organization administrator can disable the Dashboard entirely from Organization Settings > Application. When disabled, the Dashboard will not appear in the sidebar.

Page Layout

The Dashboard is organized into collapsible accordion sections. Each section can be expanded or collapsed independently, and your preferences are remembered between sessions. The sections you see depend on your role:

  • Owner and Admin — See all sections: Attention, Pulse, Cycles, Projects, Epics, Activity, and Time Report.

  • Manager — See Attention, Pulse, Cycles, Projects, Epics, and Time Report. The Activity section is not visible.

  • User — See the Time Report section only.

The Attention, Pulse, Cycles, Projects, and Epics sections require Time Flow to be enabled as part of your subscription plan. If Time Flow is not available, these sections are replaced by an upgrade prompt. See the Time Flow / Pulse Dashboard page for full details on those sections.

Activity

The Activity section provides a high-level snapshot of your organization's time tracking over the past week or month. It is visible to Owners and Admins only.

Timeframe Toggle

A toggle switch in the Activity header lets you switch between This Week and This Month. All cards and lists within Activity update to reflect the selected period.

Summary Cards

Four cards appear at the top of the Activity section:

  • Total Hours — The total time logged across the organization for the selected period, displayed as hours and minutes (e.g. 142:30). A trend percentage shows the change compared to the previous period. Click this card to open the Summary Report.

  • Billable Hours — The total billable time logged for the selected period, in the same format. A trend percentage is shown. Click this card to open the Summary Report.

  • Uninvoiced — Shows uninvoiced billable hours alongside the uninvoiced dollar amount (e.g. "2:30 ($150.00)"). A trend percentage is included when available. When there is an uninvoiced amount, a Create Invoice button appears that navigates to the Billing section.

  • Active Users — The number of users who logged time during the selected period. Expand the card to see each user's name and avatar. A copy button copies the list of usernames to your clipboard.

The Uninvoiced card only appears when there are uninvoiced billable hours or amounts for the selected period.

Inactive Users

Below the summary cards, an Inactive Users card shows the count of users who did not log any time during the selected period. Like the Active Users card, it can be expanded to see the full list and supports copying usernames to the clipboard.

Top 5 Projects

A ranked list of the five projects with the most logged time for the selected period. Each project shows:

  • Project name

  • Total hours (H:MM format)

  • Trend percentage compared to the previous period

  • A color-coded progress bar showing relative time across the listed projects

Click any project row to navigate to that project's detail page. Use the View Summary Report button in the header to open the full Summary Report.

When there are no projects with logged time, the message "No project data for this period." is displayed.

Time Report

The Time Report section shows your personal time entries for a selected date range. It is available to all roles.

Date Range

A date range picker at the top of the section defaults to the current month (first day to last day). Select any start and end date to change the reporting period.

Summary Metrics

Three summary figures are displayed for the selected date range:

  • Total Hours — All hours you logged in the period.

  • Billable Hours — Hours logged against billable tasks.

  • Total Entries — The number of individual time entries.

Projects and Categories

Your time entries are grouped by project. Each project shows its color swatch, name, total hours, and billable hours. Expand a project to see a table of categories within it, with columns for Category, Hours, Status, and Last Activity. Use the Expand/Collapse All button to toggle all project sections at once.

Exporting

Click the download icon in the Time Report header to export your data. Available formats: CSV, Excel, PDF, and Print.

Time Flow Upgrade Prompt

If your subscription plan does not include Time Flow, the delivery intelligence sections (Attention, Pulse, Cycles, Projects, and Epics) are replaced by a single card titled Delivery Intelligence. This card provides a brief overview of what these features offer and includes an Upgrade to Pro button that navigates to Subscription settings.
