Ledger

The Ledger is a sortable, filterable data grid that lists every Time Flow Task in the selected project. Switch to it by clicking Ledger in the toolbar.

Summary Chips

Above the grid, a row of summary chips shows the total Task count and a breakdown by state:

  • Total tasks

  • Todo

  • Doing

  • Done

Columns

The default columns are listed below. Some columns are hidden by default and can be toggled on through the column management panel (when you hover above a column heading, a will appear ... choose "Manage Columns").

  • Ref — the Task reference code. Click it to open the Task dialog.

  • Epic — the Epic reference, shown in the Epic's colour. Only visible when Epics are enabled.

  • External — an external reference badge (e.g. a linked Jira ticket). Hidden by default.

  • State — the current Task state as a chip: Backlog, Todo, Doing, Done, or Archived.

  • Stage — the sub-stage name within Backlog or Doing. Only appears when stages are configured. Hidden by default.

  • Title — the Task title, preceded by a colour swatch matching the category. A flag appears if the Task is blocked.

  • Category — the project category name. Hidden by default.

  • Assigned — the assigned user's avatar and username.

  • Priority — the priority level as a coloured chip (Critical, High, Medium, Low).

  • Scope — estimated hours in H:MM format. Hidden by default.

  • Hours — actual logged hours. The text colour changes to orange or red when logged time exceeds the estimate.

  • Dependency — the reference code of the parent Task in a dependency chain. Click it to open that Task. Hidden by default.

  • Start — the scheduled start date.

  • End — the scheduled end date.

  • Tags — tags as outlined chips. Hidden by default.

  • Actions — a set of action icons (described below). Always the last column.

Row Actions

Each row has up to four action icons on the right:

  • View — opens the Task's full view page.

  • Copy URL — copies the Task's direct URL to the clipboard.

  • Edit — opens the Task's full page in edit mode.

  • View on Timeline — switches to the Timeline view and scrolls to the Task's start date. Only appears for scheduled Tasks.

Sorting and Filtering

Click a column header to sort the grid. The default sort is by Ref ascending. State and Priority columns sort in logical order (e.g. Backlog, Todo, Doing, Done, Archived for State; Critical, High, Medium, Low for Priority).

The filter bar above the Ledger (shared across all views) narrows which Tasks appear in the grid. Use the column header filters for additional in-grid filtering (when you hover above a column heading, a Filter icon will appear if column sub-filtering is available).

Column Management

Open the column management panel to show or hide individual columns and reorder them by dragging. A Reset button at the bottom restores the default column set and order. Column preferences are saved locally and persist across sessions.

Pagination

The grid is paginated. You can choose between 10, 25, 50, or 100 rows per page using the selector at the bottom of the grid.

Alternating rows have a subtle zebra stripe for readability.
